Straight answers from the deskCan I see a stone before I buy?
Yes. We send HD photos, video and 360° clips of any stone on request, usually the same day. Buyers visiting India can also view parcels at our office in the Bharat Diamond Bourse, Mumbai, or at our Surat manufacturing unit.
Do you supply GIA certified diamonds to US buyers?
Yes. GIA is our default for US orders, with IGI on request. Melee and calibrated goods are supplied as in-house graded parcels.
How are diamonds shipped to the US?
By insured air freight, door to door, with export, customs and conflict-free documentation. Confirm current duties and any trade measures with your customs broker.
How fast do you reply to inquiries?
Within one hour during desk hours, Monday to Saturday, 9:00–18:30 IST. Inquiries sent overnight are answered first thing the next working morning.
