Straight answers from the deskCan I see a stone before I buy?
Yes. We send HD photos, video and 360° clips of any stone on request, usually the same day. Buyers visiting India can also view parcels at our office in the Bharat Diamond Bourse, Mumbai, or at our Surat manufacturing unit.
Which grading reports do you supply for Israel?
Both GIA and IGI. Tell us which lab your customers expect and we certify accordingly; stones under 0.30 ct are usually traded as graded parcels.
How are parcels shipped to Israel?
By insured air freight with full export and customs documentation.
How fast do you reply to inquiries?
