Straight answers from the deskCan I see a stone before I buy?
Yes. We send HD photos, video and 360° clips of any stone on request, usually the same day. Buyers visiting India can also view parcels at our office in the Bharat Diamond Bourse, Mumbai, or at our Surat manufacturing unit.
Which grading reports do Canadian buyers get?
GIA by default, IGI on request. Melee and calibrated goods are supplied as in-house graded parcels.
How are diamonds shipped to Canada?
By insured air freight, door to door, with full export and customs documentation. Duties and taxes depend on current rules — confirm with your customs broker.
How fast do you reply to inquiries?
Within one hour during desk hours, Monday to Saturday, 9:00–18:30 IST. Inquiries sent overnight are answered first thing the next working morning.
