Anand Exports has been at the heart of Surat's diamond industry since 1989. We are a family-owned company, and that means the people who work with us become part of something lasting — not just a headcount on a payroll.
Whether you are a master polisher with decades of scaife experience, a gemology graduate ready for your first grading role, or a seasoned international sales professional fluent in the language of wholesale trade — there is a place for serious craft and serious ambition here.
We are growing our team across manufacturing, quality, and international sales. If you don't see an exact role listed below, send us your CV regardless — we keep strong candidates on file and reach out when the right position opens.
Positions across our Surat manufacturing facility and Mumbai Diamond Bourse office. All roles are full-time unless noted.
Minimum 5 years on scaife wheels across round brilliants and at least one fancy shape. Experience with GIA Triple Excellent standards essential. We offer competitive piece-rate compensation plus full benefits.
GIA Graduate Gemologist or IGI diploma preferred. Strong loupe work essential. You will train under our senior graders, building experience in colour, clarity, and cut assessment across certified and uncertified parcels.
3+ years in B2B diamond or luxury goods sales, with an existing book of wholesale jeweller or manufacturer contacts in the US, EU, or Middle East. Fluency in English required; second language (Hebrew, Arabic, French) a strong advantage.
Hands-on experience with Sarin, OGI, or DiaMension scanning systems required. Responsible for generating and reviewing 3D rough-stone models, optimising yield plans, and liaising with senior lapidaries on execution.
Accurate entry and maintenance of diamond inventory records — stone weights, dimensions, grades, and certifications — into our internal systems. Proficiency in MS Excel required; experience with ERP or diamond trading software a plus. Strong attention to detail essential.
Don't see the right role? We welcome CVs from diamond polishers, lapidary apprentices, export coordinators, IT professionals, and finance specialists. We will get in touch when a suitable position arises.
Many of our polishers have worked with us for 15–25 years. We invest in apprenticeships and skill development because institutional knowledge is our most valuable competitive advantage.
As a family-owned company, decisions are made by people who have worked in this industry for decades — not quarterly-target committees. That means stable employment, honest communication, and long-term thinking.
We operate two schools in Katargam, Surat, serving the children of our artisans. Healthcare support, on-site canteen, and flexible scheduling for factory roles are standard. We treat people the way we want our diamonds to be treated — with care.
Email your CV and a brief note about your background to our team. We read every application personally and respond to shortlisted candidates within two weeks.
